1. General PolicyAll payments made to URJA INSTITUTE for any course, service, or subscription are non-refundable unless specifically stated otherwise.
2. Exceptions to No-Refund PolicyRefunds may be considered under the following exceptional circumstances:

Duplicate Payment: If a student makes a double payment for the same service, the extra amount will be refunded upon verification.

Technical Issues: If a student is unable to access course content due to verified technical errors on our platform, and our support team fails to resolve the issue within 7 working days.

Course Cancellation: If URJA INSTITUTE cancels a course due to unforeseen reasons, a full refund will be issued to the enrolled students.
